Sales Executive

We are looking for a smart, well-groomed, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join Meenakshi Designers.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to create an excellent shopping experience for customers.

***Key Responsibilities***

---Customer Interaction

-Greet customers politely with confident body language

-Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products

-Provide product details, fabric information, pricing, and styling guidance

-Handle customer queries and objections professionally

-Maintain strong relationships with returning customers

---Sales & Targets

-Convert walk-in customers into buyers

-Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

-Promote new arrivals, offers, and trending designs

-Support both offline and online sales (WhatsApp/Instagram inquiries)

---Store Operations

-Arrange and maintain product displays

-Ensure the store is clean, neat, and well-presented

-Update display mannequins and product images regularly

-Assist in stock checking, tagging, and inventory updates

---Professionalism

-Maintain proper grooming and dress code

-Follow company guidelines and store etiquettes

-Maintain discipline, teamwork, and a positive work attitude
