Job Description
- Sales Generation: Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers to sell products/services and achieve monthly targets.
- Inbound Query Handling: Receive incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and guide them through the purchasing process.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Database Management: Accurately record, update, and manage customer details in the CRM system.
