Position Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and confident Sales Girls to promote the CareOff Customer App and onboard new users (parents & families) who need babysitting and elder care services.

The role involves field sales, customer interaction, app promotion, and lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote CareOff Customer App in apartments, gated communities, hospitals, clinics, schools, and public places
• Explain app features and benefits to parents and families
• Assist customers in downloading and registering on the app
• Generate daily leads and convert them into bookings
• Build strong relationships with apartment associations and local communities
• Meet monthly sales targets
• Collect customer feedback and share with the team

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Telugu & English preferred)
• Confident and presentable personality
• Ability to convince and handle customer queries
• Basic knowledge of using mobile apps
• Field sales experience is an added advantage

Eligibility:

• Minimum: Degree
• Female candidates preferred
