Job Description
Greet members and manage daily check-ins
Explain membership plans and convert walk-ins into sales
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and follow-ups
Maintain front desk operations and ensure smooth customer flow
Update member details, billing, and basic data entry
Coordinate with trainers and support team
Maintain a clean, professional front desk environment
Handle cash/UPI payments and share receipts
Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic issues
Help in marketing activities inside the gym when required
