Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you're a fresher with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in industrial or electrical products – this is your opportunity to start a rewarding career in sales.

You’ll be trained to sell a wide range of electrical products such as cables, lugs, glands, jointing kits, earthing materials, and pipes, while building relationships with clients and learning key sales techniques using CRM and other tools.

Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Learn to promote and sell electrical components.
  • Identify new customers via phone, emails, online platforms (India MART, company website).
  • Support senior sales staff in business development activities.

Client Interaction:

  • Assist in maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Participate in product presentations and client meetings.

Estimation & Order Management:

  • Support the creation of sales estimates and quotations.
  • Learn to create and manage sales orders under supervision.

CRM & Reporting:

  • Use CRM tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
  • Prepare and submit basic reports on leads and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Sales and Lead Generation: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory to meet and exceed sales targets. 

 

2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our industrial LED lighting products to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients. 

 

3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing after-sales support. 

 

4. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies. 

 

5. Field Sales: Conduct regular visits to potential clients, provide product demonstrations, and deliver sales presentations. 

 

6. Quotation and Proposal Preparation: Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations and proposals for customers. 

 

7. Sales Reporting: Maintain records of sales activities, track progress against targets, and report to the Sales Manager regularly.
