Sales Executive

Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting and selling company products/services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with clients.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer information in CRM tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.
• Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and business reviews.
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales/customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as required.
