Sales Executive

Job Summary for sales coordinator 

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our interiors sales team. The role involves coordinating between sales, design, operations, and clients to ensure smooth execution of sales processes, timely follow-ups, and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the sales team to manage leads, enquiries, and client follow-ups

Prepare and maintain quotations, proposals, and sales documentation

Schedule client meetings, site visits, and design presentations

Act as a point of contact between clients, designers, project managers, and vendors

Maintain and update CRM and sales reports regularly

Assist in preparing monthly/weekly sales performance reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

1–4 years of experience in sales coordination / back-office sales support

Experience in interiors, construction, or real estate industry preferred

Good communication and coordination skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage

Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Preferred Profile

Experience in handling interior project documentation

Understanding of BOQs, drawings, and project workflows

Customer-focused and process-oriented mindset
