Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Jagathgiri Gutta, Kukatpally

Company: Kelysports (Specialists in Sports Infrastructure Development)


We are hiring!

Are you a proactive, results-driven individual looking to thrive in a dynamic and challenging role? Kelysports is looking for a sales executive who can lead our marketing and sales efforts with passion and commitment.


Mandatory Requirements:

24/7 Availability: Must be responsive and dedicated at all times.

Two-Wheeler with Valid Driving License: For commuting and client visits.

Laptop: To handle quotations, drawings, and reports.

Ownership: Complete accountability for tasks and company success.

Fast Learner: Must adapt quickly to new challenges and systems.

Active and Attentive: No room for procrastination—must stay alert and deliver timely results.


Additional Preferred Skills (Optional but Valuable):

Prior experience in sales or marketing (preferably in the sports/construction industry).

Knowledge of sports infrastructure development or relevant fields.



Roles and Responsibilities:

Cold Calling: Engage with potential clients to create business opportunities.

Site Visits: Inspect project locations to understand client needs.

Quotation Preparation: Draft accurate and competitive proposals.

Negotiations: Build relationships and finalize deals with clients.

Work Schedule: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Lunch Break: 1:30 PM - 2:00 PM).

Target: Achieve ₹50,00,000 business each month (Earn 0.5% incentives for exceeding targets after full payment receipt).

Resource Management: Delegate and monitor tasks for Assistant Marketing Executives.

Client Meetings: Present solutions effectively to potential and existing customers.

Travel Flexibility: Must be open to travel across cities and rural areas as needed.
