Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our Real Estate team. The candidate will be responsible for meeting clients, showcasing properties, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, and networking
• Present and explain property features to potential buyers
• Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business
• Achieve monthly sales targets and company goals
• Maintain regular updates in CRM and report sales activities

Requirements:

• Any graduate / MBA preferred
• 0–5 years of experience in real estate sales (Freshers can also apply)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
• Own two-wheeler preferred (Petrol allowance will be provided)
