Job Description

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries generated by the company.
  • Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and legal aspects to clients.
  • Conduct property site visits and project presentations.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Follow up with prospects regularly to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Negotiate prices and terms to close sales deals successfully.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with documentation, legal, and finance teams for smooth transactions.
  • Update CRM with client interactions, follow-ups, and booking status.
