Job Description – Sales Executive


Position: Sales Executive


Location: Hyderabad


Department: Sales & Business Development.


Responsibilities: 


 Generate sales for uPVC & Aluminium system windows, doors,

 Identify and meet builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, and retail customers to explain product offerings. share quotations, Proforma invoices, and proposals as per customer requirements.

 Conduct site visits to understand customer needs, take basic measurements, and coordinate with the technical/Production team.

 Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.

 Work with the logistics and warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.

 Follow up on payments, documentation, and ensure smooth order closure.

 Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing campaigns to generate leads.

 Keep track of market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences in the uPVC & Aluminium sector.

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the manager.

 Maintain regular reports of sales visits, leads, and pipeline updates in CRM/Excel.


Requirements:

 1–4 years of sales experience in uPVC / Aluminium windows & doors, building materials, or construction-related industry.

 Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

 Ability to build long-term customer relationships and close deals.

 Basic knowledge of fabrication process / site requirements preferred.

 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM knowledge is an advantage.

 Willingness to travel locally for client visits, site inspections, and exhibitions.

 Graduate in Business/Marketing/Civil/related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
