Job Description
- Customer engagement: Greet and assist customers, answer product-related queries, and help them find what they need.
- Sales and targets: Actively promote products and special offers, upsell, and work to meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Transactions: Process sales accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system.
- Product knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of all products, services, and promotions to provide expert advice.
- Store maintenance: Arrange merchandise displays, ensure the store is clean and organized, and manage stock levels.
- Inventory management: Assist with stock counts and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
- Customer service: Handle customer complaints and returns professionally.
- Team collaboration: Work with other team members to achieve sales objectives and ensure smooth store operations.
- Reporting and analysis: Some roles may require preparing sales reports, analyzing performance, and providing feedback to management.
- Training: Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
