Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Executive to handle outbound sales calls and manage travel and ticket bookings. The role involves contacting potential customers (leads), promoting travel-related services, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. Strong communication skills in English are essential, and knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to assigned leads to promote travel, tour, and ticket booking services
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable options
- Handle flight, bus, train, and hotel booking inquiries
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets
- Provide accurate information on pricing, availability, and travel policies
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and bookings in the system
- Coordinate with internal teams/vendors to ensure smooth booking processes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Decent spoken English (mandatory)
- Hindi language skill is an added advantage
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use booking or CRM systems
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
- Customer-oriented approach with attention to detail
