Sales Executive – High-Value Prefab & Modular Projects

Location: Jeedimetla, Hyderabad (On-Site + Field Visits)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Experience: 1–4 Years

We operate with a factory + site execution model and handle high-ticket projects across residential and commercial segments.

Role Overview

We are looking for a disciplined, target-oriented Sales Executive who can:

  • Handle high-value construction leads
  • Convert inquiries into site visits
  • Follow up consistently until closure
  • Maintain CRM and reporting discipline

This is not a telecalling job.

This is a high-ticket sales execution role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Handling & ConversionManage inbound and qualified leads (₹10L – ₹1Cr projects)
  • Conduct professional qualification calls
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits
  • Maintain strong follow-up discipline

Client Handling

  • Build trust with high-value clients
  • Explain prefab concepts clearly
  • Handle objections confidently
  • Support negotiation process

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain structured CRM updates
  • Submit daily call and pipeline reports
  • Track lead-to-conversion metrics
  • Coordinate with estimation and project teams

Revenue Responsibility

  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Improve conversion ratio
  • Support margin protection


Required Experience

  • 1–4 years experience in construction, real estate, building materials, or high-value product sales
  • Experience handling ₹10L+ deals preferred
  • Strong follow-up and pipeline management skills
  • Comfortable with on-site client meetings
  • Basic understanding of excel to draft quotations.

Compensation
