Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to leads interested in European immigration services.

2. Understand client immigration requirements and pitch Trivial Chapter's services.

3. Address queries, resolve concerns, and guide clients through documentation & application processes.

4. Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system.

5. Collaborate with the team manager for a smooth sales process & positive customer experience.

6. Achieve individual sales targets.

7. Stay updated on European immigration laws, regulations & market trends.

8. Continuously enhance sales skills via training & development opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Prior sales (immigration services a plus).

2. Excellent verbal communication & confident phone presence.

3. Strong interpersonal skills & ability to build rapport.

4. Knowledge of European immigration processes is a big advantage.

5. Proficient in CRM software & sales tools.

6. Self-motivated, organized, & target-driven.

7. Available to work from office during business hours.
