Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls to generate and convert sales leads.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally to potential customers.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Follow up with interested leads to close deals and improve conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
