Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing property sales. The role requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to achieve sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Contact potential customers to understand their property requirements.
  • Present and explain real estate projects, pricing, and payment plans to clients.
  • Conduct property site visits and assist clients during property inspections.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales deals successfully.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, legal, and finance to ensure smooth transaction processing.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with real estate market trends and competitor activities.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or property consulting.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate regulations and property documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
