Sales Executive

BASH is building the operating layer for “going out” — powering cafes, restaurants, lounges, and clubs with digital tools that improve customer experience, operations, and data visibility.

We’re looking for sharp, street-smart sales professionals who want stable income + aggressive upside.

🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Visiting cafes, restaurants, lounges, and clubs across the city
• Identifying and meeting venue owners, managers, and decision-makers
• Pitching BASH’s products and services clearly and confidently
• Generating leads through on-ground visits, referrals, and networking
• Following up with prospects and converting them into paying customers
• Closing deals independently
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with venue management
• Representing BASH professionally on the ground
• Maintaining basic records of leads, follow-ups, and closures

💰 Compensation Structure

• Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month

Your effort directly multiplies your income.

Commission: ₹5,000 for every successful venue onboarding

No cap on commissions

💸 What This Means in Real Numbers:

• 5 closures/month → ₹25,000 salary + ₹25,000 commission = ₹50,000
• 10 closures/month → ₹25,000 salary + ₹50,000 commission = ₹75,000
• 15 closures/month → ₹25,000 salary + ₹75,000 commission = ₹1,00,000
• 20 closures/month → ₹25,000 salary + ₹1,00,000 commission = ₹1,25,000+

• Comfortable with field sales and daily venue visits
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Experience in B2B, hospitality, F&B, real estate, or field sales is a plus
