Job Description

Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Manager for our innovative Sports Education SaaS platform in an on-site, full-time position located in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will drive customer acquisition, build and nurture relationships with sports academies and educational institutions, and support the company in achieving its revenue goals. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, delivering tailored product demonstrations, managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to execute sales strategies. The role also involves staying updated with market trends and sharing customer feedback to shape product and service offerings.


What you'd do: Lead outreach to schools and academies, run demos of the platform, close subscriptions, build relationships with school sports directors and academy owners, and help shape the go-to-market strategy in the early stage.


Who we're looking for: Someone with B2B SaaS sales experience (ideally in Edtech or sports), comfortable selling to school administrators and academy owners in India, strong in Hindi/English (and Telugu would be a plus), and excited about building the sales function from the ground up.


Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals, as well as an analytical approach to sales strategies.
  • Experience in SaaS sales, especially within the sports or education sectors, with a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills to successfully engage clients and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of youth sports programs, education systems, or sports management processes is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field; advanced degrees would be a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a self-motivated mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
