We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and drive B2B growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities and leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and social media.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and manage relationships with prospective clients, presenting tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective business development strategies and plans.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and market feedback.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, preferably within telecom Industry.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
