Job Description

A Real Estate Sales manager is responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales. The role involves promoting and selling residential or commercial properties, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales & Lead Generation:


-Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and online inquiries.


-Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.


-Maintain a strong sales pipeline.



-Client Interaction & Relationship Management:


-Meet with clients to understand their property requirements.


-Provide guidance on market trends, pricing, and property comparisons.


-Conduct property viewings and site visits.


-Negotiate deals and close sales while ensuring client satisfaction.


-Marketing & Promotion:


-Promote properties through online listings, social media, and offline marketing strategies.


-Participate in property expos, roadshows, and real estate events.


-Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and agents.


-Documentation & Compliance:


-Assist clients with property documentation, legal formalities, and financing options.


-Ensure adherence to real estate laws and company policies.


-Maintain records of sales transactions and client interactions.


Skills & Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).


Proven experience in real estate sales or a related sales field.


Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.


Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.


Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.


Valid real estate license (if required in the region).


Work Environment:


Field-based role with frequent client meetings and property visits.

Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings.

Commission-based earnings in addition to a fixed salary (varies by company).
