Job Description

Job Summary:


The Senior Channel Partner Sales Manager will lead and expand the company’s channel partner network to drive strategic sales growth across residential and commercial projects. This role requires strong leadership, partner acquisition expertise, revenue ownership, and the ability to build long-term alliances with top-performing brokers. The candidate will be responsible for achieving aggressive sales targets, optimizing channel performance, and strengthening market presence.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a strategic channel sales plan aligned with overall business objectives.

  • Identify, onboard, and build strong alliances with high-potential channel partners and brokerage firms.
  • Drive revenue targets through effective partner engagement and closure management.
  • Lead and mentor junior channel sales team members to maximize productivity and performance.
  • Conduct high-impact CP meets, product launches, networking events, and project presentations.
  • Design incentive programs and engagement strategies to boost partner motivation and loyalty.
  • Monitor partner performance metrics, conversion ratios, and revenue contributions.
  • Coordinate with internal Sales, Marketing, CRM, Legal, and Finance teams for seamless deal closures.
  • Lead complex negotiations and ensure smooth documentation and booking processes.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and pricing benchmarks to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Ensure adherence to RERA guidelines and company compliance standards.
  • Prepare detailed MIS reports, revenue forecasts, and strategic growth plans for leadership review.
