Skills Required:

1. Excellent Communicator (Hindi, English & Telugu Mandatory)
2. Excellent Phone & Presentation Skills 
3. Customer Service and Sales Skills 
4. Sharp Negotiator  
5. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role with a direct-to-consumer brand in apparel, lifestyle & home.
6. MS Excel, Email Writing, CRM skills 

1. Ability to operate a cash register and office computer and other equipment (tablets, QR's etc)
2. Inventory management

Responsibilities: 

Lead Handling

• Attend to all walk-ins and online enquiries.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable options.
• Track, nurture, and follow up on leads until closure.
• Send quotations/proposals when required.
• Sales & Customer Experience Greet customers and give a clear, engaging store tour.
• Upsell and cross-sell proactively.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to support customer decisions.
• Collect customer feedback and share product insights.
• Store Operations Ensure the store is clean, well-lit, and neatly arranged.
• Keep shelves stocked and report low inventory.
• Maintain daily sales records and basic store reports.
• Ensure essential supplies are always available.
• Reporting Work towards monthly targets and update sales/expense reports.
