Channel Partner Sales – Account Manager

Industry: Real Estate

Experience: 1–6 Years

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Channel Partner Sales Account Manager to manage, develop, and grow relationships with Channel Partners (CPs) / Brokers for driving project sales. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding new channel partners, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring consistent revenue generation through the CP network.

Key Responsibilities

1. Channel Partner Management

  • Identify, onboard, and activate new Channel Partners / Real Estate Brokers.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing CPs.
  • Ensure regular engagement through meetings, events, and site visits.
  • Address CP queries and resolve issues promptly.

2. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Drive sales bookings through the CP network.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Plan and execute CP-focused sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal sales teams for closures.

3. Relationship & Account Handling

  • Act as a single point of contact for assigned Channel Partners.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide business insights.
  • Ensure partners are updated about inventory, pricing, offers, and project updates.

4. Market Intelligence

  • Track competitor activities and market trends.
  • Provide feedback from CPs to management for business improvement.
  • Identify new micro-markets and potential business opportunities.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain CP database and sales pipeline.
  • Prepare regular MIS reports on partner performance and sales numbers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.

  • Strong network of Real Estate Channel Partners / Brokers.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of real estate market dynamics.

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate / MBA in Marketing (Preferred)

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience in Channel Sales / CP Sales in Real Estate.
  • Strong local market knowledge.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet aggressive targets.
