💼 Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive performance

Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and MIS

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

🎯 Required Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales / Business Development

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Experience with market research, strategic planning, and CRM tools

Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Experience in facility management (preferred)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
