Sales Manager (Females Only) – Luxury Home Décor

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 (₹35,000 base, higher for exceptional candidates)

Qualification: Minimum Graduation; candidates with a background in Hospitality or Luxury Home Décor/Interior Design preferred

Languages Required: English, Hindi, and Telugu

Work Schedule: Sunday and paid holidays off

Preference: Candidates with a pleasing personality; MBA -Sales

Job Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement

Welcome and assist customers in a warm and professional manner.

Understand customer preferences to provide personalized product recommendations.

Offer expert knowledge on luxury home décor products, materials, and design trends.

Build and maintain strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

2. Sales & Upselling

Achieve individual and team sales targets through persuasive communication.

Effectively present product features, benefits, and design applications.

Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to enhance customer purchases.

3. Product Presentation & Showroom Maintenance

Maintain showroom aesthetics in line with luxury standards.

Display products attractively to highlight their beauty and functionality.

Collaborate with the visual merchandising team for seasonal/promotional setups.

4. Design Consultation & Styling

Advise customers on home styling, color coordination, and space planning.

Stay updated on emerging trends in luxury interior design and home décor.

Provide personalized consultation for customers seeking tailored design solutions.

5. Administrative Duties

Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory.

Process transactions efficiently and coordinate deliveries with the logistics team.

6. Customer Follow-Up & Relationship Management

Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction.

Inform customers about new collections, exclusive promotions, and events.

7. Team Collaboration & Development

Work closely with fellow sales associates and managers to achieve business goals.

Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

8. Brand Representation

Represent the brand professionally, aligning with its luxury image and values.

Maintain high service standards to uphold the showroom’s reputation.
