EstateDekho is a fast-growing PropTech platform helping customers discover the best residential and investment properties across Hyderabad, Bangalore, Vizag, and Tirupati.

Job Role:We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive who can interact with property buyers, explain project details, and close property deals by visiting project sites and meeting clients.

Key Responsibilities:• Handle inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.

• Contact potential customers and schedule property site visits.

• Meet clients in person and explain project details, pricing, and offers.

• Coordinate site visits and assist customers throughout the buying process.

• Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service.

• Follow up with leads regularly to convert them into sales.

• Maintain daily reports of leads, site visits, and bookings.

• Work closely with the internal sales and marketing team.

Requirements:• 1–5 years of experience in field sales / real estate sales / direct sales.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to meet clients and travel to project locations.

• Basic knowledge of real estate projects is a plus.

• Two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
