Job Summary: Responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective prospecting, presentation, and closing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Identify and research potential customers through various channels
• Conduct cold calls, emails, and networking activities
• Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations
• Sales Process Management
• Present products/services to prospective clients
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations
• Negotiate terms and close deals
• Maintain accurate records in CRM system
• Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide ongoing account management and customer support
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Performance Tracking
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1-3 years of sales experience (entry-level positions may accept less)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Goal-oriented with proven track record of meeting targets
