Field Sales Executive – Krystal Jewels (Premium Jewelry Brand)

Location: Hyderabad | Pay: ₹1,000/day (weekly payout) + High Sales Incentives

About Us

Krystal Jewels is an established jewelry brand building a mass-premium global presence. We are primarily an online jewelry store and actively promote our collections across diverse locations and events while expanding into offline retail with stores already launched in reputed malls.

Our customers include professionals, international travelers, and premium clientele.

The Role

You’ll represent Krystal Jewels on the field — promoting our brand, showcasing collections, and driving sales across different locations in the city while supporting our growing online and retail presence.

What You’ll Earn

• ₹1,000 per day fixed pay (weekly payout)

• Attractive sales incentives

• ₹30,000 – ₹50,000+/month easily achievable

• High performers grow very fast

What Makes This Role Different

We don’t follow traditional corporate hierarchies.

If you perform, you grow — age and tenure don’t matter.

Many of our managers earn ₹80,000 – ₹2.5L per month.

Since we are positioning Krystal Jewels as a global premium brand, international travel opportunities may also come up for top performers.

Who We’re Looking For

• Confident, disciplined, and punctual

• Presentable and comfortable around premium clients

• Passionate about sales and customer interaction

• Able to stand and work actively during events

Basic Requirements

• Age: 18–32 preferred

• Two-wheeler preferred for city travel

• Comfortable traveling across Hyderabad

• Must speak more than one language (Telugu / English / Hindi or similar)

Education isn’t a big factor for us. Attitude, discipline, and ambition are.
