Job Title: Medical Equipment Sales ExecutiveLocation: Hyderabad

About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated Medical Equipment Sales Executive responsible for promoting and selling medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals. The role involves building strong relationships with healthcare providers and driving sales growth.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business DevelopmentPromote and sell medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop new clients in assigned territory.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to doctors, hospital administrators, and biomedical teams.
  • 2. Client Relationship ManagementBuild long-term relationships with doctors, hospital owners, and purchase managers.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers.
  • Provide after-sales support and coordination.
  • 3. Market DevelopmentIdentify potential hospitals, nursing homes, and diagnostic labs for equipment placement.
  • Collect competitor information and market insights.
  • Suggest strategies to increase market penetration.
  • 4. Product KnowledgeMaintain strong understanding of medical devices such as:

  • ICU equipment
  • Patient monitors
  • Ventilators
  • BiPAP / CPAP machines
  • Diagnostic devices
  • Surgical equipment
  • 5. ReportingMaintain daily sales activity reports.
  • Update CRM or company sales sheet with:

  • Leads
  • Follow-ups
  • Orders
  • Client feedback
  • Required QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences / Biomedical / Pharmacy / Any Graduate
  • Experience in medical equipment or pharmaceutical sales preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory
  • Basic understanding of hospital operations
