Role Overview:

You will be responsible for advising clients on investment opportunities in premier residential projects by Tier 1 developers. You will manage a portfolio of clients provided by the company, help them find properties suited to their needs, and ensure a smooth sales process from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

● Present and recommend suitable residential properties to clients based on their investment preferences.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

● Managethe complete sales process, from initial contact to post-sale engagement.

● Coordinate and conduct site visits for prospective clients.

● Participate in negotiations and help clients make informed decisions.

● Stayupdated on market trends, competition, and sales strategies to offer valuable insights.

● Drive revenue growth by achieving allocated targets and identifying new opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

● Passion for Sales: A deep enthusiasm for sales, with a drive to meet and exceed targets.

● Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

● Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, and mediation skills.
