We are looking to hire a relationship-driven Sales & Marketing Excutive to liquidate existing inventory at our projects (Rock Garden & WaterEdge) and support upcoming launches of DTCP & HMDA plotted developmentsover the next 3–4 months.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong existing client baseand experience closings
Sales & Closures (Primary Focus)

Drive sales of farmland plots at Rock Garden & WaterEdge
Handle end-to-end sales process:
Client outreach
Site visits
Pricing discussions
Closing & coordination with internal team
Actively convert warm and referral-based leads
Focus on closing velocity, not just lead generation
