Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

·        Serve as the main point of contact for clients and dealers in your territory

·        Drive B2B sales by managing primary and secondary sales channels

·        Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and collection targets within your territory

·        Promote the company's product range and provide solutions to meet client needs

·        Identify and pursue new business opportunities with architects, contractors, and design professionals

·        Participate in product training sessions; stay up-to-date with the latest product offerings, technical specifications, and industry trends

·        Provide technical support and product recommendations to clients

·        Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly

Candidate Profile:

·        Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field sales in the architecture, design, construction or buildings material industry

·        Experience in furniture fittings or architectural hardware industry would be preferable

·        Proven track record of successfully managing relationships and growing dealers network

·        Strong experience in B2B sales channel and field sales

·        Should possess strong arithmetic skills

·        Customer centric mindset with the ability to build the rapport quickly

·        Has excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

·        Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for field visits

·        Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the building materials industry
