1. Sales & Distribution Management:

·        Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (Primary & Secondary) in terms of Value and Units of Business (UoB).

·        Ensure the availability of all product lines across retail and distributor networks.

·        Execute efficient beat planning to maximize territory coverage.

•      Education: Graduate (B.Sc./B.Pharm/BBA preferred).

•      Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in OTC sales from recognized pharma companies.

•      Language Proficiency: Local language fluency with basic English skills.

•      License: Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
