🔹 About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and confident Field Marketing Executive to represent our organization in schools and promote our Communication Skills and Personality Development Programs for students.

This role involves direct interaction with school management to create awareness and generate interest in our training programs.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Visit schools on a daily basis to promote company programs

Explain the benefits of communication and personality development training to school authorities

Coordinate with school management for presentations and demo sessions

Build and maintain strong relationships with schools

Achieve weekly and monthly marketing targets

Collect feedback and follow up with schools

Represent the company in a professional manner

🔹 Required Skills

Excellent communication skills

Strong convincing and presentation abilities

Energetic, confident, and proactive personality

Willingness to work in the field and meet new people daily

Basic knowledge of marketing and promotions

Grooming is mandatory

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Any Graduate / Post Graduate with good communication skills

🔹 Mandatory Requirements

Own two-wheeler (bike)

Valid driving license
