From Hospital Management Systems (HMS) to Lab Information Management Systems (LIMS), our .NET and Angular-based platforms are designed to streamline healthcare operations. We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Hyderabad.

Role ObjectiveAs a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle—from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals. You will represent Healthocare to hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers, helping them modernize their infrastructure with our software.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDirect Sales & Outreach: Proactively identify and engage with key decision-makers (Doctors, Hospital Owners, and Administrators).
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct high-impact presentations and live software demos of our HMS and LIMS modules.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Handle pricing negotiations, finalize contracts, and ensure a smooth transition from prospect to client.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and referral rates.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to refine our sales strategy.
  • Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in Healthcare IT, Software, or Medical Equipment.
  • Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. (Marathi or Telugu fluency is a massive advantage).
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn our software product inside-out and explain technical features to non-technical users.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong negotiation skills, resilience, and a result-oriented mindset.
