Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow our business. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, promoting products/services, and executing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers through calls, visits, and online channels.

Explain products/services and their benefits to clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Follow up with clients for orders, payments, and repeat business.

Maintain customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Marketing Responsibilities:

Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns.

Promote brand awareness through social media, events, and digital platforms.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Prepare presentations, brochures, and marketing content.

Track campaign performance and share insights with the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing (freshers may also apply depending on role).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good understanding of digital marketing tools (bonus).

Ability to meet targets and work independently.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred).
