Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ On-Ground Fundraising

• Conduct face-to-face donor outreach at:
• Apartments
• Corporate offices
• Events
• Public places
• Present Hare Krishna Vidya’s mission and campaign story.
• Encourage individuals to contribute to ongoing crowdfunding initiatives.
• Achieve daily/weekly fundraising targets.

2️⃣ Campaign Promotion

• Distribute brochures and campaign materials.
• Set up awareness desks/stalls during events.
• Coordinate small fundraising drives in communities.

3️⃣ Donor Relationship Building

• Maintain proper donor data and contact details.
• Ensure donors receive receipts and thank-you communication.
• Follow up with potential donors when required.

4️⃣ Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily activity reports.
• Track funds raised and locations covered.
• Share field feedback and improvement suggestions.
