Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive with a strong background in premium or luxury product sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to connect with discerning customers, and a proven record of converting leads into successful sales—both offline and online.

  • Key Responsibilities Engage with customers in-store, online, and over calls to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Drive sales of Hoogah’s premium product line through proactive outreach and exceptional service.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Manage online sales platforms, social media inquiries, and customer communication channels.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns, events, and collaborations.
  • Provide feedback and insights to management on customer preferences, trends, and competitive products.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: 2–5 years in sales or marketing of premium, luxury, or lifestyle products.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi; proficiency in additional regional or international languages is an advantage.
  • Sales Skills: Strong ability to engage customers, build trust, and close sales effectively.
  • Marketing Skills: Experience in digital marketing, social media promotions, and online customer management preferred.
  • Personality: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-centric with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
