Job Description

Position OverviewThe

Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the company’s sales and marketing activities, generating leads, promoting products/services, and driving customer engagement. This role combines customer-facing sales tasks with marketing coordination to help achieve overall business growth.


Key Responsibilities


Sales Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and social media.
  • Present and promote products/services to potential and existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.


Marketing Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Support social media management, content creation, and online marketing efforts.
  • Help organize events, exhibitions, and customer engagement programs.
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and digital ads.
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance.

Administrative & Coordination Tasks

  • Prepare reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including marketing, operations, and product teams—to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates.


Qualifications


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (freshers can be considered depending on role).

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic about achieving targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
