Hiring – Market Sales Representative (MSR)

📝 Job Responsibilities:

• Visit tile shops, hardware stores, paint shops, and contractors in the assigned market

• Promote and explain RAMCO cement products to retailers and dealers

• Generate secondary sales and increase product visibility

• Build good relationships with retailers and distributors

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Share daily activity reports with ASM

🎓 Qualification:

• 12th Pass / Any Degree

💼 Experience:

• 6 months – 2 years in Sales / FMCG / Building Materials preferred

• Freshers with good communication can also apply

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 (Based on experience)

• Petrol Allowance

• Incentives based on performance

📌 Requirements:

• Bike & Valid Driving License (Mandatory)

• Field sales experience preferred

• Good communication skills
