Purpose:

Create demand for the brand and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retail Visibility
• Place POS materials (posters, standees, shelf strips).
• Ensure good shelf display in supermarkets and kirana stores.
• Market Activations
• Organize stalls in malls, exhibitions, apartments, and events.
• Conduct product tasting and sampling.
• Sampling Campaigns
• Plan and execute free product trials to drive first-time purchases.

• Retailer & Distributor Promotions
• Run retailer schemes, display contests, and trade promotions.
• Local Brand Awareness

• Execute hoardings, posters, auto branding, and local advertising.

• Market Feedback
• Collect insights on competitors, pricing, and consumer feedback.

• Sales Team Coordination
• Align marketing activities with the field sales team.

• Campaign & Budget Management
• Plan offline campaigns and track ROI.
