Job DescriptionHNR Tuff Glass is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead field sales activities, identify glass usage opportunities, and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for developing new clients, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets across Hyderabad and other regions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify potential customers and glass usage opportunities in the market
• Generate new business through field sales activities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and follow-ups
• Track market trends and competitor activities
• Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales & Marketing
• Gender: Both genders allowed

• Skills RequiredStrong B2B, B2C, and enterprise sales experience
