🧭 Position Overview

Geo7Fly Solutions is looking for an experienced and motivated professional who can handle student counselling along with marketing and outreach activities. The ideal candidate will represent Geo7Fly Solutions across colleges, guide students through their study abroad journey, and actively drive student enrollments through campus promotions and partnerships.

📋 Key Responsibilities

🎯 Marketing & Outreach

▪️ Visit colleges and universities to promote Geo7Fly’s overseas education programs

▪️ Build and maintain partnerships with colleges and educational institutions

▪️ Organize seminars, workshops, counseling sessions, and campus campaigns

▪️ Deliver presentations to students, faculty, and administrators

▪️ Plan and execute promotional events to increase brand visibility

▪️ Generate leads, follow up with students, and ensure conversions

▪️ Maintain reports on outreach activities, partnerships, and enrollments

🎓 Student Counselling & Administration

▪️ Handle front desk operations, walk-ins, calls, and appointment scheduling

▪️ Counsel students for study abroad destinations (UK, USA, Canada, Australia & more)

▪️ Guide students and parents through the application and admission process

▪️ Maintain student records and documentation

▪️ Assist with presentations for students and parents

▪️ Perform administrative and office coordination tasks

▪️ Use MS Office tools for reporting and documentation

✅ Requirements

▪️ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

▪️ Prior experience in Study Abroad Counselling is mandatory

▪️ 2–5 years of experience in educational marketing, student recruitment, or counselling (preferred)

▪️ Excellent communication, presentation, and convincing skills

▪️ Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English

▪️ Willingness to travel to colleges and universities

▪️ Strong organizational, follow-up, and multitasking abilities

▪️ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
