Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our open plots sales team. The candidate will be responsible for planning sales strategies, achieving targets, managing a sales team, and ensuring high customer satisfaction in our real estate projects.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets đź’Ş
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase project sales
  • Generate new leads through marketing activities, referrals, and digital campaigns
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations 🏠
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and training
  • Coordinate with marketing and management teams for promotional events
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and projections
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and property values


  • Required Skills:


  • Proven experience in open plots / real estate sales
  • Strong leadership and team management skills 👥
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to handle client queries confidently and professionally
  • Target-driven, energetic, and customer-focused mindset
  • Knowledge of Hyderabad and surrounding real estate markets (preferred)


  • Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in real estate sales (open plots preferred)
