Position: Sales Executive / Sales EngineerLocation: Hyderabad

  • Roles & ResponsibilitiesIdentify, approach, and acquire new clients in the construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Promote and demonstrate Plastoform’s plastic formwork solutions to contractors, builders, architects, and project consultants.
  • Understand customer project requirements and propose suitable formwork systems and configurations.
  • Conduct product presentations, site visits, technical discussions, and negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including project managers, procurement teams, and engineering heads.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and customer documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for timely delivery, service coordination, and client support.
  • Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsSales & Marketing Skills1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction materials, formwork systems, or industrial products.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and project-based selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to explain technical products to clients and conduct site-level demonstrations.
  • Experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
  • Strong presentation and documentation skills (PPTs, proposals, reports).
  • Digital Marketing Skills (Preferred)Knowledge of online lead generation tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, industry directories).
  • Experience using CRM tools, digital sales dashboards, or online enquiry platforms.
  • Understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and content-driven brand promotion.
  • Ability to support digital campaigns and contribute to online marketing strategies.
  • Educational RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • MBA in Sales/Marketing or a diploma in construction management is an added advantage.
