We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Gym Manager with a strong focus on sales growth and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing memberships, improving brand visibility, and leading promotional initiatives while ensuring smooth day-to-day gym operations.

• Sales & Revenue :
• GrowthDrive monthly and quarterly membership sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase walk-ins and conversions
• Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and closing deals with potential members
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends
• Marketing & Promotion :
• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns
• Manage social media platforms and promote offers, transformations, and events
• Organize fitness events, challenges, and referral programs
• Collaborate with local businesses and influencers for brand promotion
• Customer Relationship ManagementBuild strong relationships with existing members to improve retention
• Handle feedback, complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Introduce loyalty and referral programs
• Team Management :
• Lead and motivate sales staff and trainers to achieve targets
• Conduct training sessions on sales techniques and customer handling
• Monitor staff performance and productivity
• Operations Oversight :
• Ensure smooth daily operations of the gym
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and service quality standards
• Track memberships, renewals, and attendance
