Sales & Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Manager – Sales & Marketing with strong hands-on experience in residential real estate to lead end-to-end sales and marketing for a growing, aspirational brand.

Sales Responsibilities

• 6–8+ years of experience in real estate sales
• Proven experience in closing sales (direct customer closures and meeting targets)
• Experience leading sales teams, including site sales executives and telecallers
• Ability to manage the entire sales lifecycle: lead generation → site visit → negotiation → booking → closure
• Strong experience in onboarding, managing, and incentivizing channel partners
• Ability to drive site visits, conversions, and revenue
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools to manage leads, funnels, and follow-ups
• Ability to design and optimize the site visit journey, including walkthrough flow, pitch structure, and sample flat narrative
• Experience creating sales scripts for telecallers and on-site sales teams
• Strong capability in handling customer objections related to pricing, location, possession timelines, and competing projects

Marketing Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales-driven marketing initiatives
• Strong understanding of performance marketing (digital lead generation)
• Track ROI, CPL, CPQL, and take a data-driven approach
• Ability to define the overall marketing strategy and ensure execution
• Awareness of multiple marketing avenues (digital, offline, channel-led, on-ground)
• Experience planning and executing offline, on-ground activities including site events, open houses, CP meets, and promotional events.
