Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Sell SBI Bank Credit Cards through open market / field sales
- Approach potential customers at
- Offices
- Commercial areas
- Residential societies
- Public places
- Explain credit card features, benefits, and offers to customers
- Generate leads and close sales on a daily basis
- Complete customer documentation and KYC as per bank norms
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain relationship with customers for referrals
- Ensure compliance with RBL Bank policies and processes
- Key Skills Required:Good communication and convincing skills
- Field sales / direct sales experience preferred
- Ability to work on targets
- Basic knowledge of banking or financial products (added advantage)
- Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience in credit card / loan / CASA sales is a plus
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
- Should be comfortable with field work
- Local market knowledge preferred
