Sales Representative

A Skin Care Product Sales job (Inside sales representative,50% Field work)(e.g., Sales Advisor, Consultant, or Representative) focuses on driving revenue by promoting, demonstrating, and selling skincare products to customers or retailers. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, offering expert advice on skin types and products, managing inventory, and building customer loyalty. 

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Sales & Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Customer Advice: Provide expert consultations, identify customer skin concerns, and recommend suitable routines (e.g., cleansers, serums, sunscreens).
• Product Demonstration: Conduct live product demonstrations, application techniques, and provide samples.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business.
• Merchandising & Inventory: Ensure products are well-displayed, shelves are stocked, and inventory levels are monitored.
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on beauty trends, active ingredients, and competitor products. 

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in retail sales, beauty advisory, or B2B sales, preferably within the cosmetic or skincare industry.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of skin types, cosmetic ingredients, and product formulations.
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• Education: High school diploma; a degree in marketing, business, or cosmetology is a plus.
